Renard and Makini Diggs hail from the Richmond, VA area serving as parents and in the medical and law enforcement career fields full time while both serving as local clergy as well. Together they launched Vacay-N-Play as a part time entrepreneurial experience within the travel industry. Since then, they have been able to take their desires for increased and improved travel experiences to another level. Their experiences also allowed them to see the opportunity to help others achieve financial, personal, and time freedom while doing what they were already going to do anyway...travel. They began unselfishly, sharing the opportunity with others by growing a team of home-based agents who book travel for themselves and others from the comfort of their own homes, but with the commission returning to their own pockets. But, unlike traditional business teams, Renard and Makini, determined to bring on Partners, rather than employees. Instead of being hired, each Partner simply decided for themselves, to never again leave money on the table that with a simple decision could change their lives.
